Driving Culture: Concerning The Essence of The Notion. Legal And Psychological Grounds

Annotation: the article is dedicated to the question of understanding the term of “driving culture”, which is used to estimate personal understanding of the term and individual contribution to promotion of safety of the process of driving automotive vehicle. “Driving culture” is the complex notion which regards legal theory and juridical psychology issues. The author's task is to detect and analyze elements of psychological and legal essence of this phenomenon. The aim of the research is to enlarge legal and psychological aspects of the knowledge about road safety. Actuality of the theme of the article is approved by the permanent interest of authorities and scientific community to the questions of providing road safety. Scientific novelty of the present paper is the structural research of the theme and the special approach to the study made through the psychological and juridical analysis, which was never used earlier. The material of the article is useful for teaching juridical subjects.

Annotation: the main part of modern family law consists of the actual questions of theoretical study of many family and law problems. Of special interest is study of ethic, moral and religious norms influence (and other social regulators) on the further development of legal regulation of family relations. This problem is most prevalent in multinational Russia and other states of post-Soviet space.The paper discusses actual problems of legal regulation of family relations in the legal space of Commonwealth of Independent States. Attention is paid to the fact that the Russia and other participants of CIS stay in the common humanitarian space, common cultural space and therefore they have permanent process of enrichment at the expense of each other. In the author's opinion the legal culture is the part of common national culture, and legal space is the part of common humanitarian space of Commonwealth. Saving unity condition is one of the main aspects in forming of CIS. Family and law space is defined as the part of common legal space.The author gives her own definition of family and law space and her own view on the essence of influence of non-legal norms on the regulation of family relations in the CIS legal space.

Annotation: the author of the article analyses categories of affectivity of mediation process. Being an institution of alternative resolution of the dispute this phenomenon was built up in majority of developed foreign countries. The author notes that mediation procedure is regulated not only by means of inner state legislative acts but by means of many international legal acts as well. That is why the author describes main international legal acts deal with regulation of the order of mediation procedure.
