Annotation: the author considers the question of legitimacy as one of components of public political system. Introduction of term and lexical legitimacy construction in scientific and empirical use is the consequence of the development of the tendency to borrow anglicism. Along with this factor using of legitimacy category reflects another tendency which is rationalization of juridical practice, meaning that formal and juridical grounds give place to material criteria of rating juridical entities' action. The author describes legitimacy as a cohesiveness of material and formal initiations of authority and law.

Annotation: the paper shows that despite the proclaimed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation prohibition on state ideology, the statutes of liberal ideology are fixed in the Constitution and other normative acts. Annotation: the article is dedicated to the analysis of the content and substance of legal culture in a social state. The author establishes that Russia is the legal and social state which constitutional system includes principle of social state.

The author underlines that possible realization of the idea of social state depends on a number of factors. Notions of legal and social state are interconnected. The main feature of the social state and the criterion of it's formation is the high level of legal culture of the people.

As a conclusion the author establishes that legal culture is a factor of forming social and legal state in modern Russia.

Annotation: the paper considers the category of «cultural values» and possible ways of their impact upon the legal culture. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of the formation of rights of a proprietor on the objects of cultural values and different ways of purchasing them.

The author underlines the importance of cultural values in shaping the individual’s perception of the world and the legal culture of the individual, and notes that the level of personal law competence, which realizes in law-enforcement activity, serves as a core of values of legal culture of the public.

Annotation: the article is the first paper where particular attention is payed to the new category of the juridical science which is “legal preference”. The author describes its meaning not only in the juridical but in the historical, social and moral aspects. Inside the publication the author also tries to describe methodological, technical and juridical, and psychological features of inculcation of legal preferences in the Russian legislation through the prism of its humanistic side.

The purposes of the article are to solve the theoretical problem which is to optimize essential and meaningful aspects of the language of Russian juridical science and to solve complex of practical tasks, including erasing of problematic aspects of inculcation and realization of legal preferences. Annotation: the article is dedicated to the problems of the use the judicial defense by domestic violence victims. The author analyzes procedure of appealing to a magistrate of victims in criminal cases stipulated by the part 1 article 115 and the part 1 article 116 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation and gives psychological characteristics and consequences of crimes committed against victims of domestic violence.

In the end of the article the author makes the conclusion about actual justice inaccessibility for victims of domestic violence. Since violence against a personality must be evaluated as socially dangerous irrespective of the motives, place, relationships with the victim, the author substantiates the need for inclusion Part 1 of Art . 115 and Part 1 of Art . 116 of the Criminal Code to the list of criminal cases of public prosecution.

Annotation: the author discusses the problems arising in the cases of the violation of tourists' rights in the process of sale of touristic services, including transportation of touristic goods. The author delineates the responsibility of the seller of the tour and the responsibility of the third parties involved to the provision of certain services and notes the cases when liability of tour-operator is excluded and attached to the third person in charge with performing the service, for instance it can be a carrier. The limits of liability of a travel agent as a retailer of tours are discussed in the article as well.

Annotation: the article contains foundation and explanation of theoretical problems of legal regulation of family relations which have great importance for their practical implementation.

On the example of the family law of the Commonwealth of Independent States the author gives theoretical characterization of family rights in their objective and subjective sense. According to this definition the author offers his own point of view on legal regulation of family relations: collectively and individually-legal.

Particular attention is paid to the cultural traditions in marriage and domestic sphere which is viewed as sources of family law of CIS countries.

Annotation: the article reveals the specifics of the Eurasians understanding of Russian culture. Cultural experts, lawyers, philosophers, historians and linguists have developed an integrated view of symphonic synthesis underlying our culture. The author examines the fundamental ideas of Eurasianism such as "symphonic personality", "space development" and "ideocracy". Prominent scientists discuss complex nature of the cultural and psychological traits which form the basis of the Russian mentality. They particularly emphasize the dominance of Asian features in conjunction with Eastern Christianity. They believe that the strong influence of the Roman-German ideology is the main obstacle to Russian original development. The article also gives the critical arguments of opponents of Eurasianism in Russian emigration.

Annotation: the article deals with the topic of incorporation of the highest judicial agencies in the Russian Federation and also covers the problems of legal regulation of judicial and representative relations.
