Annotation. The present paper covers the issues of implementation of legal impact on individual in conditions of modern Russia. The subject of the article is represented by the questions of implementation of the legal impact in the context of the specifics of the Russian legal culture, studied through a set of methods, primarily comparative and formal dogmatic ones. The authors claim that the aim of the research is to work out recommendations towards improve such an impact. According to the authors’ opinion, this impact should be based on existing trends and the specifics of the development of domestic general and legal culture, focus on the development of certain socio-cultural characteristics in citizens that are valuable for the modern development of society. This general recommendation can be applied in the law-making policy of the state at the present stage.

Annotation. The authors of the present paper believe that the chosen theme is actual because nowadays legal order can be described as the complexly organized social legal system influenced by different public factors. To determine the essence of the notion the authors appeal to legal order typology and indicate its reflections. The subject of the research is composed by theoretical issues of legal order typology, classification backgrounds and general types of legal order in the context of its special constitutional legal space and the state’s regulating role. The aim of the investigation is to provide critical analysis of existing approaches to legal order typology, to demonstrate the significant theoretical value of distinguishing private and public legal components of the law and their role in forming and conducting constitutional order. Methodological basement of the present work is constituted of general scientific methods of cognition, as well as comparative legal one and axiological approach. The authors conclude that constitutional legal order in a broad sense is recognized as the valuable measure for legal order in general. The authors claim that specificity of regulation in the field of public relations and forms of the state’s organizing role cause the need to differentiate public and private as well as national and international legal orders.

Annotation. The relevance of the research is determined by revived interest to customary law in Russia in accordance to its application. The subject of the present paper is the study of forming legal culture of the population in the process of applying the legal custom in Russia in the 19th - early 20th centuries. The methodology of the research is represented by comparative juridical and comparative historical methods. The purpose of the article is to analyze rules of customary law in the describes period in the perspective of forming legal culture. The newness component is realized through the investigation of customary law rules regulating social relations among the peasants in the central part of Russia and the population of North Caucasus in the mentioned period. The author believes that the results of the present research can be applied for new tutorials; thus the spheres of implementation are: teaching specialized disciplines, reviewing legislator’s experience in the field of implementation of the rules of customary law.

Annotation. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the scope of legal, organizational and economic measures cannot be exhaustive for the turn to the «green» economy. The author believes that the population should change the behavior pattern expressed in consumer attitude towards nature. Otherwise its hardly possible to achieve the aims of the “green” economy, because state enforcement abilities are not endless. The author applies different methods of scientific knowledge. By means of systematic analysis the author demonstrates the role of environmental legal culture in achieving the objectives of building “green” economy. By means of logical and specific historical method the author describes tendencies and perspectives of forming environmental legal culture. The novelty of the research is that the author formulates new objectives of the development of environmental legal culture in conditions of turn to “green” economy.

Annotation. The authors of the present paper analyze the history of international private law in EEU member states. The work is aimed to indicate general tendencies in the development of international private law in EEU member states. The authors apply such methods of investigation as historical and comparative legal ones. The relevance of the research is due to the fact that today EEU mainly focuses on regulating public legal relations; thus it doesn’t realize the potential of international relations formed in the CIS and EURASIC spaces. The authors guess that the newness of the work is expressed through their trying to determine the role of international agreements in the development of private law in EEU member states; the authors view this phenomenon in the context of the historical development of relations between the EEU member states and their legal culture. The authors come to the conclusion that the legal culture in EEU member states is aimed to unify and harmonize national legislation and it is not due to form supranational one.

Annotation. The relevance of the present work is determined by the need to improve the legal culture level at the current stage in society development. The subject of the research is the use of integrated approach to improving the level of legal and financial literacy among population. The investigation methodology consists of complex and specific historical approaches, methods of analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparison, as well as formal logical ones. The aim of the article is to fully analyze the existing approaches to improving the level of legal and financial literacy among population in the context of legal culture development. The author claims that the newness component of the research consists in the need to justify the need to apply integrated approach for improving the level of legal and financial literacy among population, viewed as the factor in the development of legal culture in the current conditions. The author believes that the results of the present investigation can be used for teaching specialized disciplines and in the work of the state and municipal administrative bodies.

Annotation. The purpose of the present research is to indicate rules that affect legal culture in citizens due to some changes in APC (Arbitrary Procedural Code) of the RF concerning web-conferences. The author applies analysis, synthesis, prognosis, as well as comparative juridical and formal logical methods. The author analyzes legislation, methodical instructions and clarifications dealing with participation of arbitrary entities through on-line proceedings. The text covers legal-technical points influencing on legal awareness in citizens who wish to participate in procedures personally not via representatives. In the end the author makes the conclusion about the professional representatives’ gradual «absorption»of the rights of shareholders, founders, individual entrepreneurs and other participants to personal participation in the court session.

Annotation. State Standard R 51303-2013 contains the definition of of transit goods distribution which is commonly applied in trade spheres but still it faces some theoretical and practical difficulties. Trade activities carrying out with this organizational option in practice requires scientifically grounded systematic approach; this fact serves the relevance of the present research. The work is aimed to describe the concept of transit trade and to determine constituent entities framed in this particular legal relations. The subject of the research is represented by existing scientific reviewing of transit trade. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study consists of the works of legal scholars in the field of civil and business law, which describe the mentioned institution. To achieve the set up goal the author applies such research methods as formal legal and comparative legal ones. Basing on the results of the study the author works out a definition of transit trade, identifies its signs and forms, and gives a comparative analysis of transit trade relations in the gaps of leasing relations.
